This Sales Policy explains the terms on which BoldRadiant sells jewelry and lab-grown diamond products through www.boldradiant.com and its regional storefronts. It covers how you place an order, how prices and currency are determined for your region, how payments are processed, when a contract of sale is formed, and how shipping, taxes, returns, and warranty are handled. This policy is effective as of 2026-08-01.
Please read this Sales Policy together with our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By placing an order with BoldRadiant, you agree to the terms set out below. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws that apply to you.
BoldRadiant ("BoldRadiant", "we", "us", or "our") operates an online jewelry business specializing in lab-grown diamonds and fine jewelry, serving customers across multiple regions and languages. This Sales Policy applies to all purchases of products offered through our storefronts and forms part of the agreement between you and BoldRadiant for each order you place.
This policy applies to consumer purchases made through our website. It does not cover wholesale, business-to-business, or bespoke commercial arrangements, which may be governed by separate written terms. If any term of this policy conflicts with a separate written agreement signed with us, the separate agreement prevails for that transaction.
The legal entity name, registered business address, and the governing law and dispute-resolution terms that apply to your purchase are as follows: the seller is BoldRadiant, contactable at info@boldradiant.com (registered business address available on request); your purchase is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
Ordering from BoldRadiant follows a simple, transparent flow:
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including item options, quantities, and your delivery address. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at info@boldradiant.com so we can try to correct it before dispatch.
BoldRadiant operates region-specific storefronts. The region you select (for example, us or hk) determines which storefront, product availability, pricing, and currency you see. Your region preference is stored on your device so that your experience remains consistent between visits; you can change it at any time, and prices and currency will update accordingly.
Prices vary by region. The same product may be offered at different prices in different regions to reflect local costs, currency, and market conditions. You will be charged in the currency configured for your selected region, as shown at checkout.
All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout for your region. Depending on your region and delivery destination, additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply (see Sections 8). We take reasonable care to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occur; our handling of pricing errors is described in Section 6.
Prices may change over time. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time you place that order, subject to Sections 5 and 6.
We accept payment through the following providers:
How your payment data is handled. When you pay, your card number and related payment credentials are captured directly by Stripe or PayPal within your browser and transmitted to the payment provider. This sensitive payment data does not pass through and is not stored on BoldRadiant's own servers. We receive only what we need to process and record the transaction, such as a confirmation of payment and limited details like the card brand or the last few digits. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
Authorization and capture. When you submit payment, the payment provider first authorizes the transaction to confirm that funds are available. Depending on the product and payment method, funds may be captured (charged) immediately at the time of order, or at a later point such as when your order is accepted or dispatched. Where funds are only authorized and not yet captured, an authorization hold may appear on your account until capture or release. If we do not accept your order, any authorization is released or the captured amount is refunded to your original payment method.
You must be authorized to use the payment method you provide, and the billing details you supply must be accurate. We may use fraud-prevention checks through our payment providers and may decline or cancel orders where payment cannot be verified (see Section 5).
When a contract is formed. Your submission of an order is an offer to buy the selected products. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself constitute acceptance. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we accept your order — which occurs when we notify you that your order has been accepted, or when we dispatch the goods to you, whichever happens first. Where an order contains multiple items, we may accept it for some items and not others; a separate contract is formed for each item as it is accepted or dispatched.
Our right to reject or cancel. We may decline or cancel all or part of an order, even after a confirmation email has been sent, including where:
If we reject or cancel an order after you have paid, we refund the affected amount to your original payment method. Except as required by applicable law, our liability in these circumstances is limited to refunding the amount you paid for the cancelled items.
Your right to cancel. You may request to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us promptly at info@boldradiant.com. If the order has already been dispatched, your request is handled as a return under Section 9. Any statutory cancellation or "cooling-off" rights you have as a consumer are unaffected by this section. The specific customer cancellation window, and any exclusions (for example, personalized or made-to-order items), are as follows: you may cancel within 14 days of delivery for eligible items, except personalized or made-to-order items, which cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Despite our reasonable efforts, a small number of the products in our catalog may occasionally be mispriced due to technical faults, typographical errors, currency-conversion issues, or supplier data errors. We are not obliged to sell a product at an incorrect price.
If we identify a pricing error in a product you have ordered:
If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even if we have sent an order confirmation. This section does not affect your statutory rights.
We arrange dispatch of accepted orders to the shipping address you provide at checkout. We take care in packaging fine jewelry appropriately for transit.
Delivery estimates. Any delivery timeframes shown at checkout or in your confirmation email are estimates provided as guidance, not guarantees. Actual delivery time can be affected by product availability, your location, customs processing, and carrier performance. The specific carriers, service levels, shipping costs, insurance options, and per-region delivery timeframes are as shown at checkout for your region and destination.
Risk and title. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you specified. Title (ownership) of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
Failed or refused delivery. If delivery cannot be completed because the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete, delivery is refused, or repeated delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order may be treated as returned and handled under Section 9. Additional costs arising from redelivery may apply, as advised before redelivery.
Depending on your region and the delivery destination, sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar government charges may apply to your order. Where applicable, such taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, or are indicated as included in the displayed price, according to the rules for your region.
Cross-border shipments. For orders shipped internationally, import duties, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from the product price and any shipping charges. Because these amounts are determined by the relevant customs authorities, we cannot predict or control them.
If you refuse to pay import duties and the goods are returned to us or destroyed by customs, the matter is handled under the returns and refund provisions in Section 9. The specific tax treatment and duty responsibilities for each region in which we operate are as shown at checkout; where applicable, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
If there is a problem with your order, or you wish to return or exchange an item, please start by contacting our after-sales support. Our team will guide you through the process, eligibility, and any documentation required for fine jewelry (such as retaining the original packaging and any diamond certificates). For how we handle information you provide during an after-sales request, see our After-Sales Privacy Notice.
As a general outline, and subject to legal confirmation of the exact terms:
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. The specific return and exchange window, eligibility conditions, restocking or return-shipping costs, and the process for made-to-order items are as follows: unworn items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery; made-to-order items are handled case by case, and return-shipping or restocking costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout or advised on request. Nothing in this section reduces the statutory rights available to you as a consumer.
BoldRadiant specializes in lab-grown diamonds, which are chemically, physically, and optically equivalent to mined diamonds and are grown in controlled conditions rather than extracted from the earth. Where a diamond grading report or certificate of authenticity is provided with a product, it is issued to describe that specific item.
We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the exclusions below. Our warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, or damage arising from improper care, resizing, or repairs carried out by anyone other than us or our authorized partners.
The specific warranty period, the exact scope of coverage, what is required to make a claim (such as proof of purchase and any certificates), and the remedies available under warranty are as follows: BoldRadiant warrants its jewelry against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery; a valid proof of purchase is required, and the remedy is repair, replacement or refund at our discretion. This warranty is in addition to, and does not override, any statutory rights or guarantees you have as a consumer under applicable law.
We may update this Sales Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, business practices, payment providers, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we revise the effective date at the top of this policy and publish the updated version on this page. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. We encourage you to review this policy before each purchase.
