This User Agreement (the "Agreement" or "Terms") is a binding contract between you and BoldRadiant ("BoldRadiant", "we", "us" or "our") that governs your access to and use of the BoldRadiant websites at boldradiant.com and its regional storefronts, and any related services, features, and content we make available (collectively, the "Services"). BoldRadiant is an online retailer of jewelry and engagement rings, specializing in lab-grown diamonds, serving customers across multiple regions and languages.
Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement is effective as of 2026-08-01.
By accessing or using the Services in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Sales Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

This Agreement takes effect on 2026-08-01 and applies to all use of the Services on or after that date.
You may use the Services only if you are able to form a legally binding contract with BoldRadiant under the laws applicable to you. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or place an order. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly permit persons below the required minimum age to register an account or make a purchase. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person below the applicable minimum age without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
Certain features of the Services require you to create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google (via an authorization flow processed through our central callback). When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@boldradiant.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account — including your name, email, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses — is accurate. For your protection, certain personal details such as your email and phone number are masked when displayed. Inaccurate information may result in failed deliveries, delayed orders, or an inability to contact you regarding your account or orders.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, refusing or cancelling orders, and reporting to law enforcement, against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this section.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided to help you make informed decisions. Because our products include lab-grown diamonds and handcrafted jewelry, slight variations in appearance may occur, and colors may display differently across devices. We take reasonable care to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products subject to this Agreement and our Sales Policy. An order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute our acceptance. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and/or dispatch the products, as further described in our Sales Policy.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including where products are unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or product information, where we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms, or where we are unable to fulfil the order. If we reject or cancel an order for which you have already been charged, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items. For details on order cancellation, changes, shipping, taxes, returns, and pricing errors, please refer to our Sales Policy.
Prices and the currency displayed depend on your selected region ("area", e.g. us, hk), which also determines the applicable storefront and pricing. Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes and shipping as indicated at checkout, and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees are handled as described in our Sales Policy.
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. When you pay by card, your card details are collected and transmitted directly from your browser to the payment provider (Stripe.js or the PayPal SDK). Such payment card data does not pass through and is not stored on BoldRadiant's own servers. Your use of these payment services is subject to the applicable payment provider's terms and privacy policy. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the associated information is accurate.
By submitting an order, you authorize us (through our payment providers) to charge the applicable amount for your order, including products, taxes, and shipping. If a charge cannot be completed or is later reversed or disputed without valid grounds, we may suspend or cancel the associated order and take steps to recover amounts owed.
The Services and all content and materials made available through them — including text, graphics, product images, logos, designs, page layouts, and the "BoldRadiant" name and marks — are owned by or licensed to BoldRadiant and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Services or their content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by applicable law.
The Services allow you to submit content, including product reviews (star ratings, written text, and uploaded images or videos) and messages, files, and order-related information you share through our LiveChat customer service (collectively, "User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it.
By submitting User Content, you grant BoldRadiant a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display that User Content in connection with operating, providing, and promoting the Services (for example, displaying your review on the relevant product page). This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on the Services and for a reasonable period thereafter, and it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content, that it does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that it does not violate this Agreement or any applicable law. You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that contains another person's private information without consent.
We do not endorse any User Content and are not obligated to monitor it. However, we reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, screen, edit, refuse, or remove any User Content at any time and for any reason, including content that we believe violates this Agreement, without notice. Reviews are subject to moderation before or after publication.
The Services rely on and integrate certain third-party services, including Stripe and PayPal (payments), Google (sign-in and address/place lookup), and analytics or marketing tools where enabled and where you have provided the applicable consent. Your use of these third-party services may be governed by the third party's own terms of service and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices, content, or availability. We encourage you to review their terms. Any dealings you have with third parties through the Services are solely between you and the third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldRadiant and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. The aggregate liability of BoldRadiant arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services shall be limited as set out under the applicable jurisdiction-specific cap of the total amount you paid to BoldRadiant for the order(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BoldRadiant and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of this Agreement; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or close your account, at any time if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice.
You may request deletion of your account through the account settings. To protect your account, deletion is initiated by verifying an email verification code. Deletion cannot proceed while you have pending orders or open service tickets; you must resolve or complete these first.
Once initiated, your request enters a 15-day cooling-off period. If you log in at any time during this period, the deletion request is automatically cancelled and your account remains active. If the cooling-off period elapses without cancellation, your account is anonymized: your email address is replaced (for example, with a deleted_*@deleted.local value) and your login type is set to a deleted state. To preserve the integrity of related records (such as order history and foreign-key relationships), the underlying data rows are retained rather than physically deleted. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. The courts of Hong Kong shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, and/or disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Hong Kong, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business, or legal obligations. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date shown above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.
